The Role
Prime Global Energies Limited is hiring a Fluids Engineer in its Drilling & Wells department.
•Develop customized drilling, completion and workover fluid programs including fluid types, mud weight and additive formulations •Analyze daily mud reports, use hydraulic modelling software to monitor real-time pressures (ECD) and troubleshoot lost circulation, stuck pipe or well control issues •Review fluid performance, conduct pilot tests and optimize drilling speed (ROP) while reducing costs •Forecast chemical needs, coordinate with suppliers and manage logistics of products to well sites •Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance and conduct QA/ QC of incoming materials
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Chemistry/ Petroleum Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
Advanced knowledge of drilling fluids, completion brines and polymers for HPHT environments; proficiency in hydraulics and rheology modelling and solids control
