The Role
Darul Sehat Hospital is looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator in Karachi.
•Develop, plan and manage engaging social media content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels •Create and schedule posts, stories, reels and other digital content to promote hospital services, healthcare awareness and institutional initiatives •Maintain the hospital's social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting •Coordinate with internal departments to gather information, updates and content related to hospital services, events and medical awareness campaigns •Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers and other team members to develop creative and engaging content •Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally, and facilitate timely responses to patient inquiries •Track social media performance, prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement and audience growth •Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms and best practices in digital communication

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management Preferred: Experience in a hospital or healthcare organization
Writing and proofreading, Content planning, Social Media Analytics, Content scheduling tools, Digital marketing platforms
Preferred: Graphic design tools (Canva)
