The Role
Soorty (Denimkind) is hiring an on-site System & Compliance Officer at Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
•Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies •Conduct internal compliance audits and identify gaps •Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes •Maintain compliance records, documentation and reports •Coordinate with HR, Administration, Security and Production teams to ensure compliance •Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions •Conduct employee training and awareness sessions on compliance requirements •Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Management
1-2 years of experience in Social Compliance, preferably in the textile or garment industry Preferred: Relevant experience in Social Compliance
