The Role
H. Nizam Din & Sons (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Deputy Manager Production Planning for its SITE Area, Karachi location.
•Develop and monitor production plans to meet order deadlines and production targets •Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and take corrective actions for delays •Track WIP across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages •Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Stores, and Supply Chain for timely order execution •Ensure timely availability of raw materials and trims as per production plans •Monitor production capacity, manpower, and machine utilization •Identify bottlenecks and implement actions to improve productivity and reduce lead time •Prepare daily/ weekly production, WIP, and performance reports for management •Maintain accurate PPC data in ERP/ MIS and ensure timely updates •Supervise the PPC team and ensure effective execution of planning activities

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
- Masters: Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
Relevant experience in Production Planning & Control Preferred: Textile/ Garments industry experience
MS Office, Power BI, ERP Systems, Analytical Skills, Planning, Problem Solving, Leadership, Cross-functional Coordination
