The Role
Adamjee Life Assurance is hiring a Deputy Manager Distribution Services in Karachi to lead commission calculations, bank partner revenue and payments.
•Lead the team in managing commission calculations, bank partner revenue and payments •Drive distribution workflow improvements •Coordinate system enhancements and user acceptance testing •Develop service level agreements •Ensure accurate reporting and audit support
