The Role
Sohail University is looking for a qualified, experienced, and dynamic HR professional to join as Manager/ Assistant Manager- Human Resources (HR) in Karachi.
•Relevant experience in HR management of educational sector and preferably in medical and dental college or universities •Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws •Experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee relations •Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Business Administration
Preferred: •Proven HR experience in medical & dental colleges or universities will be given preference
Communication, Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, Administrative Skills
