The Role
Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is hiring a Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition at its Head Office, North Nazimabad Campus, Karachi, to support recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff.
•Support the implementation of recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce requirements •Identify suitable sourcing channels to attract qualified clinical and non-clinical professionals •Assist in manpower planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment process improvement •Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer processing •Coordinate with departmental heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and expedite recruitment •Ensure timely completion of recruitment documentation, approvals, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements •Guide and support the recruitment team to ensure adherence to established recruitment procedures •Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, vacancy status, hiring targets, and offer acceptance rates •Prepare periodic recruitment reports and highlight delays or challenges •Ensure recruitment records are accurate, updated, and maintained confidentially

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration (MBA), Human Resource Management
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant HR/ Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector
