The Role
Hoechst Pakistan Limited (formerly Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited) is hiring a Senior Manager Utilities and HVAC for its factory in Karachi, reporting to the Head of Engineering.
•Lead reliable operation and maintenance of critical utilities, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and plant facilities •Ensure pharmaceutical HVAC and other utilities are operating in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements •Drive equipment reliability through preventive/ predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement •Champion EHS compliance, energy efficiency, and resource optimization in line with Hoechst standards •Drive Sustainability and ESG initiatives focused on energy conservation, water efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction •Lead utility projects and implement WCM methodologies to enhance operational excellence and cost efficiency •Provide strong leadership to teams and contractors, fostering safety, accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Engineering
Minimum 10 years' experience in the relevant field
Energy Management Systems, Energy Saving Analysis, Carbon Footprint Reduction
Preferred: Project Management, WCM
•Bachelor in Engineering from a reputed institute •Reporting to: Head of Engineering •Contract type: Permanent
