The Role

Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is hiring a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in its Corporate Department at the Head Office, North Nazimabad Campus, Karachi, to support corporate operations while developing the skills required for future managerial responsibilities.

•Assist in day-to-day corporate operations, administrative tasks and departmental coordination •Prepare reports, presentations, business documents and management updates •Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks •Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and operational improvements •Maintain records, databases and departmental documentation accurately •Assist in monitoring departmental performance indicators and preparing analytical reports •Participate in meetings, projects and process improvement initiatives •Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the management •Follow organizational policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
