The Role

Liaquat National Hospital is hiring a Patient Counselling Coordinator for its Outpatient Services.

•Assist patients with OPD services, appointments, registration, and clinic procedures •Assign duties to staff, monitor their work, and report staffing shortages •Monitor supplies, maintain stock records, and coordinate timely replenishment •Check medical equipment and facilities, report faults, and follow up on repairs •Coordinate with other departments for staffing, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and patient records •Maintain departmental records according to policies and confidentiality requirements •Support daily operations and ensure the efficient use of resources •Perform rotational duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
