The Role
Haseen Habib Trading (Pvt) Limited, a fire protection, fire detection and safety solutions company, is hiring a Manager Administration & Staff Officer to CEO at its Head Office in Karachi.
•Overall administration, facilities and logistics management •Service contracts and maintenance •Office supplies and assets management •Event and project coordination •Regulatory, security and government liaison •Medical center supervision •HR policy implementation, employee relations, compliance and performance management •Other duties as assigned by top management
Applicants General Eligibility & Requirements
•Retired Army Officer (Major/ Lt. Col) Arm/ Svc: Infantry preferred •Retired Pakistan Rangers pers
5- 6 years
Up to 50 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration (MBA)
Post-retirement experience in administration, security or facilities management (preferred)
Microsoft Office, Communication, Leadership, Interpersonal Skills
Preferred: Odoo ERP
•Should have served as a protocol/ liaison officer with high profile Govt. officials/ Armed forces officers •Should have PR in Govt. of Sindh departments, Rangers, Police and other law enforcement agencies
