The Role
Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Limited is hiring a Retail Manager South for its FastEx division, based in Karachi.
•Achieve regional retail revenue, shipment and profitability targets •Manage the performance of retail counters, terminals, booking offices and Business Partner sales channels •Conduct regular visits to terminals and Business Partners to monitor service quality, branding, operational discipline and staff performance •Analyze competitor activities, market trends and customer behavior •Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management •Monitor cash handling, booking reconciliation and credit exposure

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Logistics
•Experience in courier, logistics, retail sales, cargo or service operations •At least 2 years in a managerial or regional leadership role
