The Role

Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited invites applications for Manager Money Market Settlements in its Treasury Operations department, a Karachi based position.

•Ensure smooth daily settlement of all treasury affairs, including receipt/ delivery of securities, cheques, confirmations and subsequent clearance on SBP RTGS terminal or physical settlement •Coordinate with the software designer/ provider for proper running and maintenance of treasury software system and new management and financial reports as and when required •Provide and ensure weekly and monthly treasury portfolio and accruals to Finance department •Complete all AML/ KYC/ FATCA and all compliance formalities of counter FIs including opening account with them, from where Treasury Front Office has arranged financing facilities •Co-ordinate with SBP, external and internal auditors to ensure smooth supply of information required by the audit teams •Maintain counter party limits and advise front office in case of any excess over limit •Manage T-bills, PIBs, TFCs and SUKUK portfolio and scrutiny of daily treasury vouchers •Follow up on repayment/ coupon payment of PIBs, TFCs and SUKUK •Ensure compliance with operational risk framework of the Company
