The Role
Lucky Textile Mills Limited is hiring a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Inventory Management) at Gadap Town, Karachi.
•Monitor stock records for raw materials, yarn, grey fabric, chemical and spare part stores •Track and analyze process wastage/ yields in spinning and weaving to identify and minimize material loss •Reconcile raw material usage against final output for every production order to avoid stock leakages •Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) stocks and conduct regular floor-level stock reconciliations •Oversee store items, spare parts, and chemicals to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock-outs •Help improve and automate ERP/ Oracle inventory modules and streamline inventory SOPs •Conduct periodic physical stock counts and resolve system vs. actual stock variances
