The Role

Establishes and oversees the data, systems and analytical infrastructure required to manage Alumni Pathways effectively and at scale at The Citizens Foundation, Karachi.

•Establish data collection standards, protocols and ownership and accountability frameworks across the Alumni Pathways portfolio •Strengthen data quality, completeness, consistency, accuracy, security and access controls •Develop standardized processes for consolidating, validating and maintaining information across student pathways, college delivery, alumni engagement, partnerships and livelihood initiatives •Design, develop and maintain dashboards, management reports and analytical outputs for leadership •Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategic planning, resource allocation and performance monitoring •Lead assessment, selection, development, implementation and improvement of systems infrastructure •Oversee digital engagement tools for communication with students and alumni, engagement tracking and data capture •Coordinate with internal and external technology stakeholders on system integration, maintenance, access management and technical support •Map, document and optimize core business processes and develop standard operating procedures •Support annual operational planning and budgeting, fund utilization tracking and financial and operational controls •Coordinate audit requirements and track audit findings through to corrective action •Provide the EVP Alumni Pathways and functional leaders with evidence-based insights and reports •Lead data-informed improvement initiatives to strengthen operational reliability and readiness for scale
