The Role
Leads the establishment, operational management and performance of TCF Colleges, aligned with TCF's vision of supporting alumni beyond Grade 10.
•Translate TCF's strategy and approved plans into a phased approach for establishing new TCF Colleges •Lead planning and coordination for new college deployment, including readiness assessments, timelines, staffing, facilities and launch requirements •Oversee launch readiness and post-launch stabilization of new colleges •Oversee day-to-day operations across TCF Colleges and ensure academic, administrative and operational standards are implemented •Establish operating routines, performance expectations and escalation mechanisms •Oversee implementation of the approved curriculum •Plan and coordinate faculty training, development and ongoing support •Establish a regular college performance review process using academic, operational and student progression indicators •Develop and monitor action plans to address identified issues •Work with Program and Operational Design to align college delivery with the Alumni Pathways journey •Lead and develop college delivery teams •Lead annual operational planning and contribute to resource prioritization, risk management and strategic reviews

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a team leadership or management role
