The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Credit Operations Manager for Aitemaad Islamic Banking, reporting to the Branch Operations Manager. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
•Ensure accounting entries for disbursement and adjustment of transactions as per approved terms and process flow •Execute accrual, re-pricing, profit calculation, rental realization and monitoring of advances and corporate Sukuk parked at the branch •Ensure disbursements of advances/ investments are within approved limits •Ensure posting of entries in ALMANAC (LMS) and PD Teller and maintain balancing of all advances/ investments •Coordinate with customers, RM and CAD regarding payments due, aging and recovery of finance/ profit/ rental, Takaful/ insurance policies •Keep financing and security documents and original insurance policies until taken over by CAD •Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements such as ECIB and F-256 •Maintain shadow credit files and records for internal, external, Shariah and SBP audits •Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, SOPs and Shariah compliance •Prepare monthly GL certificate and address audit observations •Ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Islamic Banking
Minimum 4 years of banking experience, of which at least 1 year in Credit and/ or Advances and/ or Retail
People Management, Communication Skills, MS Office, Islamic Banking Knowledge, Sales Skills
