The Role

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring Senior Relationship Managers in Retail Banking at Karachi, reporting to the Team Leader. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.

•Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth and consumer financing (Conventional and Islamic Banking) •Achieve cross-sell targets of consumer assets and insurance products •Conduct daily customer/ market visits for new-to-bank and existing customers •Manage and grow the customer portfolio through market visits, referrals, networking and business development activities •Manage the liability portfolio and proactively identify attrition risks •Conduct regular competitive analysis of competitors' product offerings •Ensure tail management by activation of dormant accounts, Digital App and ATM •Maintain MIS/ business reports related to the portfolio •Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and SOPs
