The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Senior Officer- Case Processing in Human Resource Management at Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head- Fraud Cases. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
•Process disciplinary cases at all stages including suspension, investigation, charge sheet, enquiry, decision, appeal and final disposal •Scrutinize investigation/ enquiry reports and identify discrepancies or missing information •Prepare case summaries, office notes and recommendations for the competent authority/ committee •Process suspension-related cases including suspension orders, extension/ vacation and posting during suspension •Prepare charge sheets and assess replies of accused officials •Issue mandate of enquiry, follow up with Enquiry Officers and scrutinize enquiry reports •Process committee and appeal cases and communicate final decisions •Maintain case-wise MIS and tracking records

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Law
- Master's Degree (16 Years)
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resources Preferred: Experience in similar roles in the financial sector
Communication Skills, Teamwork, MS Office, HR Functions Knowledge
