The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring an HR Officer- Staff Loans & Welfare in Human Resource Management at Karachi, reporting to the Wing Head- Staff Loans & Welfare. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
•Manage end-to-end processing of medical and hospitalization claims of employees •Scrutinize medical bills and claims as per the Bank's approved medical policy, rules and SOPs •Ensure completeness, authenticity and accuracy of supporting documents before processing •Address internal control requirements and audit observations at the claim sanction stage •Coordinate with stakeholders for verification, compliance and approval of hospital panel/ reimbursement cases •Maintain data records and MIS related to medical claims, hospital panels and other HR functions •Handle staff queries related to medical claims, welfare benefits and HR matters

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
- Master's Degree (16 Years)
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations and/ or HR Services, preferably in banking and/ or financial institutions and/ or insurance companies Preferred: Exposure to hospitalization claim management and working on a Medical Information System
