The Role

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Senior Officer- MIS in Human Resource Management at Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head- MIS. The position is contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.

•Maintain and update MIS databases on a daily basis •Compile and consolidate data received from departments for MIS reporting •Reconcile MIS records with source records and rectify discrepancies •Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, analytical reports and management information statements •Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on pending, active, reviewed and completed matters •Maintain real-time inward/ outward entries and tracking of official correspondence •Use MS Excel, MS Access and SAP for data analysis, database management and reporting
