The Role
Imtiaz Group is hiring a Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors implementations in Karachi.
•Lead end-to-end execution and rollout of SAP SF Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM) across global business transformation projects •Define implementation workbooks, drive blueprinting and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) •Manage integration between SF Cloud and SAP On-Premise systems, overseeing data and content migration strategies •Build and optimise SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting and People Analytics solutions for executive decision-making •Perform hands-on configuration for SAP Payroll and Time Management, including basic ABAP coding/ testing for custom HCM programs •Support HCM practice development and service delivery management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Human Resource, Business Administration
- Masters: Human Resource, Business Administration
4-6 years of functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ABAP, SAP Payroll, Time Management
•Proven track record in full lifecycle, end-to-end global HCM/ SF implementations •Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Cloud to SAP On-Premise integration •Hands-on proficiency in ABAP for HCM and database environment support
