Peoples Steel Mills Ltd is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead strategic execution and operational excellence across its steel manufacturing operations.

•Lead strategic execution and operational excellence across steel manufacturing operations •Translate the company's vision and strategy into actionable operational plans •Oversee production, supply chain, safety, maintenance and ESG compliance functions •Drive efficiency improvements, cost control and sustainable profitability •Lead and oversee capital expenditure projects and capacity expansion initiatives •Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation and financial discipline •Align production capacity with market demand and business objectives •Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives •Foster a performance driven, results oriented organizational culture
