The Role

Zakat Support Officer ensuring that the Shariah Advisor's zakat eligibility assessment and family authorization process is implemented consistently and correctly across all TCF schools. Frequent travel across Pakistan is required.

•Develop a complete understanding of all questions prescribed by the Shariah Advisor, including their intent, manner and tone •Maintain FAQs and guidance notes for field teams •Visit schools across the TCF network to observe execution of the zakat assessment process and guide principals and staff •Conduct training sessions and annual refreshers for principals and staff on the zakat eligibility and authorization process •Identify shortcomings in implementation and provide structured feedback to refine guidelines, training and documentation •Collaborate with school, area, regional and zonal teams, the finance function and the Shariah Advisor's office
