The Role

Imperial Hotel Management Services is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Karachi to oversee sales across its franchises and properties.

•Achieve sales targets set by the head office for all franchises •Conduct daily sales visits and hotel familiarization tours (FAM trips) •Develop and implement regional sales strategies targeting corporate clients •Prepare and submit sales forecasts, performance reports and weekly revenue analyses for management review •Attend weekly sales meetings and present sales performance reports •Maintain and expand key accounts while providing regular updates to the department head •Oversee sales operations across multiple franchises and properties within the IHMS Group •Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness •Collaborate with the head office to optimize room pricing, occupancy and revenue performance
