The Role
Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is looking for a Digital Learning Associate to turn its programme content into engaging online courses and to set up an online Community of Practice for course alumni.
•Design online courses end to end: learning objectives, module structure, scripts, activities and assessments •Rewrite technical content in plain, relatable language using local examples, stories and scenarios •Add interactive elements such as quizzes, polls, short videos, infographics, scenarios and gamified features •Make courses mobile-friendly, low-bandwidth and accessible, with Urdu/ English content and audio or visual support •Track learner progress, completion and feedback and use the findings to improve courses •Design an online Community of Practice for course graduates, covering platform, structure, activities and moderation guidelines •Follow ITA safeguarding, PSEA and Code of Conduct policies

•Bachelor's degree completed or in final year •Active member of communities, co-curricular activit
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Education, Communication, Media Studies, Psychology, Social Sciences
Preferred: Experience with an LMS or designing online courses is a plus
Canva, Google Workspace, MS Office
Preferred: Instructional Design
