The Role
Eliminates process losses on equipment, supports team leads and equipment owners in creating process standards, and coaches line teams on standard problem-solving tools.
•Eliminate process losses on equipment by creating and maintaining standards through Daily Management Systems (DMS) and problem-solving tools •Own the Centerline, Organizational Change and Changeover DMSs and problem-solving tools such as Initial Problem Solving (IPS) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) •Participate in MOS meetings and contribute information on in-process measures, output measures and health checks of the DMSs owned •Lead root cause problem solving on key chronic losses for the line

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
At least 2 years of experience within continuous improvement and deploying production systems/ work processes across plants, preferably in a manufacturing environment
