The Role
Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all utility systems supporting manufacturing operations, leading asset management, energy optimization, compliance, infrastructure development and capital projects.
•Manage and maintain all utility systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, generators, RO plants, water systems, cooling towers and ETP •Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs •Improve asset reliability and minimize unplanned downtime •Monitor and optimize consumption of electricity, gas, diesel, biomass and water •Lead energy efficiency, resource conservation and sustainability initiatives •Lead utility maintenance teams and contractors, including work planning, resource allocation and emergency response •Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, GMP, water quality, electrical, boiler and pressure-system regulations •Maintain contractor safety and audit readiness •Lead utility-related CAPEX projects including asset replacement, reliability improvements, energy reduction and capacity expansion •Manage project execution, commissioning and handover

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing with a background in engineering, utilities, maintenance, projects or safety/ environment functions
