The Role

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (Ministry of Commerce) invites applications for Incharge Procurement Cell at TDAP Head Quarter, Karachi, on a one-year contract extendable. The post leads TDAP's Procurement Cell and manages end-to-end procurement and contract administration in compliance with PPRA rules.

•Consolidate requirements from TDAP divisions and prepare/ update the Annual Procurement Plan with Finance and user departments •Conduct or coordinate market surveys, price analysis and cost estimates •Manage procurement of goods, works and consultancy and non-consultancy services from requisition through award •Prepare and process procurement notices, expressions of interest, requests for proposals/ quotations and bidding documents •Ensure compliance with the Federal PPRA framework, public procurement rules and EPADS 2.0 •Maintain a central contract register and monitor contracts against scope, milestones and delivery schedules •Coordinate payment processing with Finance and user departments after verification of deliverables •Coordinate procurement for trade fairs, exhibitions, trade delegations and Karachi Expo Centre works and services •Maintain complete and auditable procurement files and respond to audit observations and PPRA queries •Submit quarterly procurement reports and guide Procurement Cell staff and user departments on procurement procedures
