The Role
ASAIA Private Limited is hiring a contractual IT Technician for its Port Qasim Plant, Karachi.
•Support desktops, laptops, Windows OS, printers, scanners, UPS and peripherals •Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points and network cabling •Troubleshoot IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN and network connectivity issues •Install and maintain CCTV, DVR/ NVR, storage and connectivity •Manage IT assets, inventory, logs and documentation •Support user onboarding/ offboarding, IT projects and upgrades •Coordinate with vendors/ ISPs and ensure IT security compliance

1- 3 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Information Technology
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
1-3 years of experience in IT support/ hardware and network support
Hardware Support, Networking, CCTV, Windows 10/11, IT Security
Preferred: CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365
•Contractual position •Any training/ certification in networking or systems (CCNA, CompTIA A+/ Network+, Microsoft 365) will be a plus
