The Role
Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited is hiring a Product Manager for its digital channels in Karachi to own the lifecycle of mobile app, internet banking, chatbot and self-service products.
•Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for digital products such as mobile apps, internet banking, chatbots and self-service platforms •Translate user needs into intuitive features and customer experiences •Work with cross-functional squads (design, engineering, QA, data) to deliver high-impact releases in an agile manner •Use analytics, feedback and market insights to prioritize features and optimize performance •Pilot new ideas, run A/ B tests and explore emerging technology •Collaborate with business, compliance and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption
