The Role

PakWheels is seeking a Technical Engineering Lead to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system architecture, software development and AI initiatives.

•Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement •Design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems •Drive end-to-end execution of engineering projects from planning to deployment •Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions •Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards, best practices, and development processes •Lead the adoption of AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows across products and internal operations •Design and implement autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency •Drive effective sprint planning, execution, and delivery to ensure predictable and on-time release of product features •Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of engineering team members
