The Role
Patel Hospital is hiring a Manager Software Application for its Information Technology Department at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, to lead a team of four software developers and deliver hospital applications.
•Lead, coach and prioritize work for four software developers •Review code and communicate delivery progress and risks •Design, build and support maintainable applications and APIs using PHP/ Laravel •Coordinate integrations across hospital platforms such as HIS/ EMR, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy and Billing Systems •Improve software quality, security, testing, CI/ CD, releases, monitoring, backups and incident response

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
4-5 years of software development experience, including strong hands-on PHP and Laravel experience; at least 2 years leading developers or technical delivery
