The Role
Matco Foods Limited (Falak Foods) is looking for an experienced Manager Production in Karachi to lead manufacturing operations for spices, spice powders, blended spices and seasoning products.
•Manage production processes for various spices, spice powders, blended spices and seasoning products •Ensure accurate formulation, recipe adherence, batch consistency and compliance with approved product specifications •Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards •Maintain batch manufacturing records, production logs, cleaning records and traceability documentation •Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, QA/ QC and Planning teams for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials •Monitor product quality, investigate quality issues and recommend corrective actions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Food Science & Technology
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant production experience in FMCG food manufacturing, preferably with hands-on experience in spice processing and manufacturing
Production Planning, Manpower Management, Cost Control, Process Optimization, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems, Manufacturing SOPs, Spice Manufacturing
