The Role
NBP Funds, an asset management company managing over Rs. 600 billion in AUM, is seeking a Head of Equity to lead the equity investment function, overseeing research, analysis and portfolio management of all equity funds and mandates.
•Develop and execute equity investment strategy in line with business objectives and market outlook •Manage equity portfolios and mandates with optimal sector and stock selection based on research •Lead and mentor the equity research and portfolio management teams •Oversee equity research with in-depth sectoral and company-specific analysis •Identify investment opportunities through macroeconomic analysis and market intelligence •Monitor portfolio risk and performance and rebalance to maintain targeted risk-return profiles •Collaborate with the CIO- Equity and senior management on asset allocation and new product ideas •Ensure investment activities comply with SECP regulations and company policies •Represent the firm in Investment Committee meetings and client/ stakeholder engagements

10+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration
10+ years in equity research, fund/ portfolio management with a strong performance track record; proven stock selection, sector analysis and portfolio construction Preferred: CFA, CA or ACCA qualification
