The Role
NBP Funds is seeking a Fund Manager- Equity to manage and grow equity fund portfolios and deliver superior risk-adjusted returns across its multi-asset platform.
•Manage assigned equity funds/ portfolios in line with investment policy statements, risk parameters and SECP regulations •Develop and execute investment strategy based on macroeconomic analysis, sector outlook and company research •Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies including financial modelling and valuation •Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and peer funds •Collaborate with the research team to identify investment opportunities and risks •Ensure compliance with internal risk limits, investment restrictions and regulatory frameworks (SECP, PSX) •Represent the fund in company meetings, analyst briefings and corporate roadshows •Prepare and present periodic fund performance reports to the Investment Committee •Mentor junior analysts

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Business Administration, Economics
5-8 years in equity fund/ portfolio management or equity research; proven fundamental analysis, valuation and equity trading experience Preferred: CFA Charter
Analytical Skills, Communication, Presentation Skills, PSX and SECP Knowledge
