The Role
SEDF is seeking a Manager Procurement to oversee procurement planning, tendering, bid evaluation, contract management and supplier negotiations, ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
•Oversee procurement planning and tendering processes •Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) •Manage bid evaluation, contracts and supplier negotiations •Ensure compliance with SPPRA and PPRA rules •Promote transparency and operational efficiency

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Any Discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience in a public sector organization
SPPRA Rules, PPRA Rules
•Master's degree must be from an HEC-recognized institute •Extensive knowledge of SPPRA and PPRA rules is mandatory
