The Role

Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial management, budgeting, fund allocation, investment oversight, risk management and regulatory compliance, ensuring transparent utilization of public funds.

•Oversee financial management, budgeting and fund allocation •Manage investment oversight and risk management •Ensure transparent utilization of public funds, subsidies and investments •Maintain financial accountability and fiscal discipline •Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Masters: Finance
Professional Master's Degree: Accounting

Required Experience

Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience in public sector companies with total assets of PKR 5 billion or more; OR Master's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years of relevant experience in other public sector companies

Required Professional Registration(s)/ License(s)

Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (alternative to the Master's degree route)
