The Role
PSTD is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Karachi to lead business development and strengthen its position as a learning and development organization.
•Develop and execute business development strategies, identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth •Develop strong relationships with key clients, institutions, industry networks and strategic partners to expand PSTD's reach •Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client needs to identify opportunities and strengthen PSTD's market positioning •Introduce new initiatives and innovative approaches to strengthen PSTD's image as a leading learning and development organization •Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial performance and recoveries, and ensure business development activities contribute positively
