The Role
Head of People Services at Burque in Karachi, leading HR operations, payroll and HR digitalization. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
•Lead employee master data governance and integration across HR, payroll & finance systems •Manage accurate, timely payroll processing, reconciliations and statutory compliance •Drive HR digitalization, process automation and employee self-service •Oversee employee benefits administration and IR/ ER matters •Manage HR vendors, contracts and service-level performance
Applicants General Eligibility & Requirements
•Master's degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited university •SHRM or CIPD certific
8- 10 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management
8-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in HR operations, payroll and HR digitalization
