The Role
Pakistan Tobacco Company is hiring a Maintenance Lead at Jhelum.
•Lead daily maintenance planning and troubleshooting for production lines •Reduce unplanned downtime and drive equipment reliability improvements •Own and implement preventive maintenance (PM) strategies and systems •Mentor and guide operating teams on fundamental maintenance and issue resolution •Analyze breakdown trends and lead root-cause elimination efforts •Liaise with cross-functional teams for scheduling and prioritizing repairs •Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and factory protocols •Contribute to the formulation of enduring maintenance plans and annual scheduling

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
At least 3 years of experience within a manufacturing electrical maintenance position; Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance
