The Role
FF Steel is seeking an Officer Digital Invoice Generation for its Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
•Generate tax reports and digital sales tax invoices through the ERP system •Enter and verify invoice data and QR codes •Monitor invoice transmission and report errors or discrepancies •Share verified invoice records with Logistics for dispatch documentation •Maintain invoice records, reconcile ERP data and prepare daily reports •Monitor system issues and ensure proper shift handover

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Accounting, Commerce
- Masters: M.Com (Finance/ Accounting & Finance)
1-2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, ERP operations, invoicing or taxation
Microsoft Excel, Sales Tax, eInvoicing, Reconciliation, Analytical Skills, Communication
Preferred: SAP Business One
•Basic knowledge of digital invoicing, sales tax and reconciliation •Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
