The Role
PRAL is seeking an experienced, hands-on BI Developer with strong expertise in SQL, report development and interactive dashboard design, using enterprise BI platforms such as Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Tableau or MicroStrategy.
•Design, develop and maintain enterprise BI reports, interactive dashboards and analytical solutions using tools such as Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar platforms •Develop and optimize operational, transactional and management reports to support business and executive decision-making •Write, optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, analysis and reporting •Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and identify meaningful business insights •Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions •Develop and maintain data models, datasets and semantic layers to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics •Work with multiple enterprise data sources, including Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), to support reporting and analytical requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics
- Masters: Computer Science
4-7 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, dashboard development or data analytics
Oracle Analytics Server, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Apache Superset, SQL, Dashboard Development, Data Modelling, Data Warehouse, Agile Methodology, Analytical Skills
