The Role

Roving Warehouse Incharge for Multan, overseeing daily warehouse operations across multiple warehouses, inventory, safety compliance and coordination with contractors, sales and distribution teams.

•Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading/ unloading, product stacking and inventory management •Ensure efficient shipment execution and minimize delays •Manage multiple warehouses under high-pressure situations •Support warehouse capacity planning (hiring/ de-hiring) •Ensure zero safety incidents (TRIR) and strict adherence to HSE policies •Maintain warehouse security and product integrity •Ensure compliance with EFERT SOPs, IFA standards and legal requirements •Maintain accurate inventory of product, equipment, empty bags and documents •Monitor stock movements, shortages and exceptions (ROSP, PER, STR) •Ensure timely daily and monthly reporting •Liaise with trucking and handling contractors for smooth operations •Coordinate with sales and distribution teams for timely dispatches •Manage dealer coordination for direct diversions •Drive operational efficiency through improved handling and reduced idle time •Support budget adherence and cost optimization initiatives
