The Role
Bank of Khyber invites applications for Area Manager at Mardan to lead sales, business development and profitability of the assigned area.
•Lead and drive sales, business development and profitability for the assigned area by achieving deposit, asset and cross-sell targets in line with the Bank's strategic goals •Ensure that the budgeted financial metrics on product, business line revenue and profitability are met •Develop marketing and sales force i.e. BDOs, RMs, BMs and allocate and monitor business targets •Build a high-performance sales culture and staff motivation •Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and key corporate clients of the area •Ensure superior customer service delivery across all branches in the area •Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years
15 years of overall Commercial Banking experience including 5 years' experience as Area Manager or above in a Commercial Bank; Islamic banking experience will be an added advantage
