The Role
EY is seeking a Manager to join its MENA Tax Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team, leading complex engagements and driving the growth of the GCR practice.
•Lead complex tax engagements and manage clients' compliance and reporting needs •Manage client engagements day to day, monitor progress and deliverables, and put in place standardized processes •Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate and drive performance-improvement solutions •Supervise high-performing teams, and coach and counsel junior team members •Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines •Establish and strengthen internal and external relationships

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Taxation
Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules and regulations, ideally within a large professional services company, with a strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing and a track record of managerial and project management experience Preferred: Experience of dealing with multinational clients in a multi-cultural environment
MBA, master's or another related advanced degree and/ or professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent
