The Role

Bank of Khyber invites applications for a Talent Acquisition position in the Human Resourcing Division (HRDG) at Head Office Peshawar.

•Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and offer management •Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires, particularly for senior and critical roles •Oversee the utilization of various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, headhunting and internal referrals •Lead company-wide employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, career fairs and university networks •Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment SOPs and regulatory guidelines •Ensure compliance with audit observations, SBP guidelines and internal control standards •Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and talent pool •Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to hiring status, TAT, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness to Head HR •Ensure preparation of hiring dashboards and analytics for management review and decision making
