Opportunity Information

The Role

Roving Warehouse Incharge (RWHI) for Hyderabad, supporting zonal distribution, warehouse operations, SAP reporting, inventory and compliance, and acting as Warehouse In-Charge when required.

•Ensure compliance with the divisional TRIR limit of 0.20, targeting zero incidents and zero injuries, and achieve all HSE goals •Provide BLIs/ KPIs data within the first three working days of each month •Manage 901/ T shipments documentation, including approvals, cap sheets and vendor bill processing •Process warehouse handling bills within the first 10 days of each month and warehouse rent before the last working day of each month •Maintain and share leave records of all zonal distribution resources monthly with ZDO/ DOs •Perform WCMS troubleshooting and log manual PERs and ROSPs, ensuring processing within 1.5 days •Assist ZDO in monthly product reconciliation of all zone warehouses before the 10th of each month •Provide SAP and other system support to field WHIs •Assist ZDO and DO in maintaining distribution files and managing distribution-related activities •Perform duties as Warehouse In-Charge when required: manage inventory, coordinate loading/ unloading and rake operations •Handle SAP and generate orders, invoices, STR, ROSP and PER reports •Maintain inventory of products, equipment, company assets, pre-numbered documents and empty bags •Maintain the weekly spot check register, ensure quality and quantity standards and good housekeeping, and conduct KATLA activities •Process handling and watch & ward bills •Communicate policies and pricing updates, support rake handling for dealers and identify new warehouse locations •Coordinate with transporters/ truckers for product transshipment and shipment planning
