The Role
Oversees and coordinates day-to-day operations of ITA-supported schools and education activities in Chiniot district, including PEF/ PEIMA-related school activities.
•Coordinate and support the effective day-to-day operation of ITA-supported/ operated schools and assigned education programs in the district, including relevant PEF/ PEIMA activities •Conduct regular school visits to review school functioning, teaching and learning practices, teacher attendance, student participation, infrastructure, and implementation progress •Follow up on identified gaps and ensure that agreed corrective actions, program timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met •Support the implementation of district-level activities, trainings, enrollment initiatives, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Manager or Program Team •Maintain accurate and up-to-date school profiles and records, including teacher attendance, student enrollment, school infrastructure, and other required indicators •Follow up with relevant school and cluster teams to ensure timely and accurate updates of student and teacher data in SIS/ TIS and other designated systems
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Education, Social Sciences
Relevant experience in education programs, school management, field coordination, monitoring or community engagement; experience coordinating with government departments or education partners
