The Role
Abbott is hiring a Technical Service Specialist in its Core Diagnostics division, responsible for planned maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, first line service and assisting with installations and deinstallations.
•Provide first line service to customers (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours labor time) •Schedule and perform planned/ predictive maintenance (PM/ PdM) activities •Schedule, perform and document hardware and software updates (TSBs) •Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations •Achieve customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators and economic growth and profitability per district •Travel within the service area

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in relevant field
Analytical Tools and Software, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Database Management, Communication Skills
